Founder and director of Northcorp Building & Construction, Steve Curry is a master builder with more than 40 years’ experience. A knowledgeable mentor to his team, he readily shares his broad knowledge of large-scale commercial, residential and infrastructure projects to achieve successful building outcomes and expand the expertise of his staff.

Watching on as his father delivered outstanding building projects, Sam Curry couldn’t wait to get his hands on the tools, beginning his carpentry apprenticeship as a 16 year-old. Always striving to be the best, he proudly became a director of Northcorp Building & Construction after many years as a site supervisor and a long list of certifications under his belt. He holds a Class B Asbestos Removal Licence and Demolition Licence, Test and Tag Licence, Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Cert IV in Project Management.
